What Is Equity Accelerator?

I spent most of my life analyzing data for big, impersonal companies. Never even got so much as a thank you. It was soul killing.

So I figured, why not do that analysis in the service of individuals, in the biggest financial decision they generally ever make?

I analyzed all 800 neighborhoods in Broward and Palm Beach Counties and found 65 that are undervalued relative to the competition. And that two -- one in Hollywood and one in Lake Worth Beach -- are particularly interesting and compelling.

But that's not all!

I also looked at the homes in those neighborhoods -- actual closed sales -- and discovered there were two (sometimes three) improvements you could make, that historically returned close to double the cost of the improvement!

So the strategy is simple: buy a home in one of these neighborhoods that needs these improvements, make the improvements, and be patient. Your equity should accelerate at a more rapid rate than that of competing properties.

And Who Am I?

My name's James Oaksun, and I'm the founder of Integrative Life Strategies Group and Broker-Owner of New Realty Concepts, a Florida-licensed real estate broker.

My first act was life in Corporate America, in Cubicle Land, analyzing large datasets for a larger company.

My second act -- after moving to Florida -- was trying to do real estate "their way". It didn't fit me.
