Equity AcceleratorTM is borne of our background in data mining and high-level statistical analysis.
We constructed a massive database on all 800 neighborhoods in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Our hypothesis was: if you identify neighborhoods that look exactly the same statistically — across every significant variable you can imagine — the real estate prices in those neighborhoods should be similar.
And if they aren’t… That suggests opportunity for a strategic buyer.
Our neighborhood database contains more than 170 variables. Education, employment type, where you work, how far from home you work, elevation levels, school quality, distance from the ocean, walkability. And many more.
Our analysis narrowed that list of more than 170 down to six.
